U15 Crows looking for players

Manager Doug King was on the scout for players yesterday as they had an entertaining draw with FC Bracknell. "We need to get a few players in, mainly a keeper and quality defenders." he continued, " there has been a lot of movement over the close season and it's staring to get a little squeaky."

Coach Nelio Jardim said from his scouting mission to Greece, "We've used the Portuguese connection to get a player in from Sporting, he's a great find and will be a huge talent."

U12 Blackbirds are all fired up

"This will be a real eye-opener for the team," said Manager Scott Russell, "I've had a chat Marc and we're confident for the season as it's a great leveller, moving from 7-a-side to 11-a-side football.

Coach Marc Russell said yesterday, "We're working hard on fitness and I think we'll do ourselves proud this season, we've nothing to be afraid of....unless Scott does the cooking."
